Made-in-China Lightweight Long Tear Repair Patch

Installation Instructions:

① Perform rubber filling on damaged areas requiring repair (refer to the rubber filling section in the tape joint vulcanization process, or have our service personnel demonstrate during equipment debugging).

② Place the lower frame beneath the repair area (uniformly), on the frame, position the water pressure plate beneath the tape, and the lower heating plate (directly above the repair area).

Place a heating plate, an insulating board, and then the upper frame below the repaired area, aligning it with the lower frame.

④ Install the handle, washer, and nut, then tighten securely.

⑤ Connect the control box to the power source with a single conductor, and connect the heating plate to the control box with a separate conductor. Be sure to match the connections with the labels on the control box.

⑥ Connect the pump to the pressure plate with a high-pressure hose, turn on the electric control box, and fill the pressure plate with water to the硫化 pressure.
