Made-in-China Lightweight Spot, Line, and Edge Repair Tools

Installation Instructions:

① Perform rubber filling on the damaged areas requiring repair (refer to the filling section of the adhesive tape joint vulcanization process, or have a demonstration by our service personnel during equipment debugging).

② Place the lower shelf beneath the repair area (evenly), on the shelf, position the water pressure plate below the tape, and the lower heating plate (directly above the repair area).

Place a heating plate, insulation board, and upper machine frame below the repaired area, aligning with the lower machine frame.

④ Install the handle, washer, and nut, then tighten securely.

⑤ Connect the electrical control box to the power source with one set of wires, and connect the heating plate to the electrical control box with another set of wires. Be sure to match the connections with the labels on the electrical control box.

⑥ Connect the pump to the pressure plate with a high-pressure hose, turn on the electrical control box, and fill the pressure plate with water to the vulcanization pressure.
