Domestic Light Edge Repair Tool

Installation Instructions:

① Conduct rubber filling on damaged areas requiring repair (refer to the filling section in the vulcanization process of tape joints, or have the factory service personnel demonstrate during equipment debugging).

② Place the lower shelf beneath the repair area (evenly), on the shelf, position the water pressure plate below the tape, and the lower heating plate (directly above the repair area).

Place a heating plate, an insulating board, and then the upper machine frame directly below the repair area, aligning it with the lower machine frame.

④ Install the handle, washer, and nut, then tighten securely.

⑤ Connect the control box to the power source with a single conductor, and connect the heating plate to the control box with a second conductor. Ensure the connections match the labels on the control box.

⑥ Connect the pump to the pressure plate with a high-pressure hose, turn on the electric control box, and fill the pressure plate with water to the vulcanization pressure.
