SD Type Vertical Tear Repair Patch

During operation, tape conveyors may experience longitudinal tearing along the tape due to foreign objects in the material or mechanical failures. The DZQ type longitudinal tearing tape line repair tool can quickly and effectively repair the longitudinal tears in the tape.

Additionally, our factory can produce special specification repair tools according to customer requirements.

Installation Instructions:

① Perform rubber filling on the damaged areas requiring repair (refer to the filling section in the tape joint vulcanization process, or have the factory service personnel demonstrate during equipment debugging).

② Place the lower frame beneath the repair area (evenly spaced), on the frame, position the hydraulic plate below the tape, and the lower heating plate (directly above the repair area).

Place a heating plate, an insulating board, and then the upper frame below the repaired area, aligning it with the lower frame.

④ Install the handle, washer, and nut and tighten securely.

⑤ Connect the control box to the power source with a single conductor, and connect the heating plate to the control box with a separate conductor. Ensure the connections match the labels on the control box.

⑥ Connect the water pump to the hydraulic plate with a high-pressure hose, turn on the electrical control box, and fill the hydraulic plate with water to the硫化 pressure.
