During operation, a conveyor belt may experience longitudinal tearing along its length due to foreign objects in the material or mechanical failure.

Utilize the DZQ-type vertical tear tape repair line to quickly and effectively mend tape tears. Additionally, our factory can produce special-sized repair tools according to customer requirements.

Installation Instructions:

① Conduct rubber filling treatment for damaged areas requiring repair (refer to the filling section in the vulcanization process of tape joints, or have our service personnel demonstrate during equipment debugging).

② Place the lower shelf beneath the repair area (uniformly), on the shelf, position the water pressure plate beneath the tape, and the lower heating plate (directly above the repair area).

Place a heating plate, an insulating plate, and then the upper frame directly below the repaired area, aligning it with the lower frame.

④ Install the handle, washer, and nut, then tighten securely.

⑤ Connect the control box to the power source with one set of wires and the heating plate to the control box with another set. Be sure to match the connections with the labels on the control box.

⑥ Connect the pump to the pressure plate with a high-pressure hose, turn on the electric control box, and fill the pressure plate with water to the vulcanization pressure.
