Two, upper and lower heating plates

Select high-quality aluminum alloy materials, opt for Alcoa 7075 high-strength aviation aluminum plate, precision-machined using special techniques, featuring:

1. Compact and lightweight, half the size and weight, low energy consumption, and quick heating. After heating, the entire board surface boasts excellent flexibility, adheres more tightly to tape than conventional machines, and can withstand a pressure of up to 1.5 MPa.

Its parallelism is not greater than 0.03mm, a feature not typically available in standard machines.

2. The heating plates provide even heat distribution both at the top and bottom, with a temperature difference of only ±3℃ to 4℃ across the work surface after 10 minutes of entering the insulation phase, exceeding international standards.

3. The time from room temperature to the vulcanization temperature (145℃) is no more than 25 minutes, with a power ratio that's half that of the domestic and international industry, demonstrating excellent energy-saving effects.

4. One-time vulcanization bonding or repair, with flat and smooth bonding areas, maintaining the same tensile strength as the original belt.

Section 3: Water Cooling

The heating layer is equipped with an internationally advanced DC water cooling circulation system. It rapidly cools from 145℃ high temperature to 70℃.

In just 5 minutes, accelerate bonding process, enhance belt joint strength, and maintain belt joints.

V. Water Pressure Plate:

2. The fully automatic LCD digital temperature control box features exquisite design and compact size, utilizing advanced vertical double-layer waterproof technology.

Dust and waterproof integrated cover, adaptable for operation under harsh external conditions such as sandstorms, heavy rain, and scorching sun.

3. Overload, short circuit, and leakage protection equipped automatic leakage circuit breakers, ensuring personal safety.

4. Due to its integrated wiring and automated operation procedures, along with unified plugs and sockets, this electrical control box is compatible with all vulcanizing machines and repair machines in our factory. This feature is not available in conventional machines.
