Heating Plates (Top and Bottom)

Choose high-quality aluminum alloy materials, select Alcoa 7075 high-strength aerospace aluminum plate, meticulously crafted using special processes, featuring:

1. Compact and half the weight, low energy consumption, quick heating, and high flexibility after heating. The entire board surface adheres more tightly to the tape than conventional machines. Under a pressure of 1.5 MPa, its parallel tightness is no more than 0.03mm, a feature not commonly found in regular machines.

2. Both upper and lower heating plates provide uniform heat distribution. After 10 minutes of entering the insulation phase, the temperature difference across the working surface is only ±3℃ to 4℃, exceeding international standards.

3. The time from room temperature to the vulcanization temperature (145℃) is no more than 25 minutes, with power consumption half that of domestic and international industries, offering excellent energy-saving effects.

4. Vulcanized bonding or patching in one molding; the bonded area is flat and smooth, with the same strength as the original belt.

5. Heat layer, insulating layer, and sandwiched layer integrated as one, featuring a simple structure and easy installation.

III. Water Cooling:

Equipped with an internationally advanced DC water-cooling circulation system inside the heating layer. Rapidly cools from 145℃ to 70℃ in just 5 minutes, accelerating the bonding process, enhancing the strength of belt joints, and maintaining the belt joints.

Handle:

The handle features an SD soft connection, remains cool to the touch during high-temperature operations, has a chrome-plated finish for a shiny and attractive appearance, and is compact and delicate.

V. Water Pressure Plate:

The water pressure plate is meticulously crafted using advanced international technology, featuring a unique structure that ensures even distribution of pressure throughout. After numerous high-pressure tests, the water pressure plate has successfully passed a 1.875 MPa, 30-minute high-pressure test without any leakage, exceeding international standards.

The alarm light illuminates upon completion of the operation.

2. The all-in-one LCD digital temperature control box features an exquisite and compact design, utilizing advanced vertical double-layer waterproof technology. It comes with an integrated dust and waterproof cover, allowing operation in harsh external conditions such as sandstorms, heavy rain, and scorching sun.

3. Overload, short circuit, and leakage protection equipped automatic leakage circuit breakers to ensure personal safety.

4. Due to integrated wiring, automated operation procedures, and unified plug and socket designs, this electrical control box is compatible with all vulcanizers and repair machines in our factory. This feature is not available in standard machines.
