The "Great Achievements" brand SD-series electric heating vulcanizing machines are specialized equipment for bonding the joints of conveyor belt. Made of lightweight aluminum alloy material, they are compact in size, with each piece weighing lightly, powered by a standard three-phase power supply. The heated plates offer uniform temperature distribution, and the water pressure system provides a consistent pressure range (1.0~2.0mpa). I. Application:

This product is widely applicable, serving as a transportation joint for conveyor belts in fields such as metallurgy, chemical industry, metal mines, power plants, ports, and docks. After carefully reading the technical specifications and manual provided with the machine, and following the correct vulcanization bonding process, the bonded joint can achieve a strength of over 90% of a new belt. Not only is the joint smooth and almost indistinguishable from the original belt, but it also reduces wear on the drums and extends the service life of the conveyor and rubber conveyor belt.

Heating plates (upper and lower)

Choose high-quality aluminum alloy materials, select Alcoa 7075 high-strength aerospace aluminum plate, precision-processed using special techniques, featuring:

III. Water Cooling:

Internally equipped with an advanced DC water cooling circulation system. Cools from 145℃ to 70℃ rapidly in just 5 minutes, accelerating bonding progress, enhancing belt joint strength, and maintaining belt joint health.

V. Water Pressure Plate:

3. Overload, short-circuit, and leakage protection circuit breakers with automatic trip function to ensure personal safety.

4. Due to integrated wiring and automated operation procedures, along with standardized plugs and sockets, this electrical control box is compatible with all vulcanizing machines and repair machines in our factory. Conventional machines do not possess this feature.
