The "Shengda伟ye" brand SD-series electric heating rubber belt vulcanizing machines are specialized equipment for vulcanizing and bonding conveyor belt joints. The machine is manufactured using lightweight aluminum alloy materials, featuring a compact size.

Two, top and bottom heating plates

Choose high-quality aluminum alloy materials, opt for Alcoa 7075 high-strength aerospace aluminum plate, meticulously crafted with special processes, featuring:

1. Compact and half the weight, low energy consumption, quick heating, the entire board surface exhibits excellent flexibility after heating, adheres more tightly to the tape than conventional machines, and maintains a 1.5MPa pressure.

Its parallel tightness is not greater than 0.03mm; this feature is not available in general standard machines.

2. Both top and bottom heating plates provide even heating. After 10 minutes in the insulation phase, the temperature differences across the work surface are only ±3℃ to 4℃, exceeding international standards.

4. Single molding with vulcanized bonding or repair; the bonded area is flat and smooth, with tensile strength identical to the original belt.

5. The heating layer, insulating layer, and core layer are integrated into one, featuring a simple structure and easy installation.

III. Water Cooling:

Equipped with an internationally advanced DC water cooling circulation system within the heating layer. Rapidly cools from 145℃ to 70℃ in just 5 minutes, accelerating bonding progress, enhancing belt joint strength, and maintaining belt joint integrity.
