The "Great Achievements" brand SD-series electric heating tape vulcanizing machine is a specialized equipment for vulcanizing the joints of conveyor belt. Made of lightweight aluminum alloy, it features a compact size, light weight, and is powered by a standard three-phase power supply. The heating plates provide uniform temperature, and the water pressure system supplies a uniform pressure of (1.0-2.0 MPa). Usage:

This product is widely used and can be applied to transportation joints for conveyor machines in fields such as metallurgy, chemicals, metal mines, power plants, ports, and docks. After carefully reading the technical specifications and manual provided by this machine, and following the correct vulcanization bonding process, the bonded joints can achieve strength exceeding 90% of new conveyor belts.
