The "Shengda伟业" brand SD series electric heating tape vulcanizing machine is a specialized equipment for vulcanizing and bonding the joints of conveyor belt. Made from lightweight aluminum alloy, the machine is compact with a light piece weight, powered by a standard three-phase power supply. The heating plates provide even temperature distribution, and the water pressure system supplies a uniform pressure of (1.0-2.0 MPa). It is equipped with a lightweight automatic LCD digital temperature control box, connected to the main unit via an integrated plug and multi-core cable, offering easy operation.

I. Usage:

This product is widely applicable, suitable for transportation joints of conveyor belts in fields such as metallurgy, chemical industry, metal mines, power plants, ports, and docks. After carefully reading the technical specifications and manual provided by this machine, and following the correct vulcanization bonding process, the bonded joints can achieve a strength of over 90% of new conveyor belts. Not only are the joints smooth and nearly indistinguishable from the original belt, but they also reduce wear on the drums and extend the service life of the conveyor and rubber transport belts.

Under a pressure of 1.5 MPa, its parallel tightness is no more than 0.03mm, a feature not commonly found in regular machines.

2. The heating plates, both top and bottom, provide uniform heat distribution. After 10 minutes of entering the insulation stage, the temperature differences across the work surface are only ±3℃ to 4℃, exceeding international standards.

3. The time to rise from room temperature to the sulfurization temperature (145℃) is no more than 25 minutes, with power consumption half that of domestic and international counterparts, demonstrating excellent energy-saving effects.

4. One-time vulcanization or repair, with the bonded area being flat and smooth, maintaining the same tensile strength as the original belt.

5. Heat layer, sandwich heat layer, and integrated in one, with a simple structure and easy installation.

III. Water Cooling:

Internally configured with an internationally advanced DC water cooling circulation system within the heating layer. Quickly cools from 145°C to 70°C in just 5 minutes, accelerating the bonding process, enhancing the strength of belt joints, and maintaining belt joints.

The handle features an SD soft connection, remains cool to the touch during high-temperature operations, has a chrome-plated finish for a shiny and attractive appearance, and is compact and exquisite.

1. The electrical components of the fully automatic electric control box are sourced from Panasonic Corporation of Japan, featuring a clear and intuitive LCD display gauge. High-quality and durable, the unit shows digital and indicator lights, presetting vulcanization time and temperature. The entire vulcanization process operates automatically, and the alarm light illuminates upon completion.

2. The fully automatic LCD digital temperature control box boasts a beautiful, compact design and employs advanced vertical double-layer waterproof technology. It features an integrated dust and waterproof cover, making it suitable for operation under harsh external conditions such as sandstorms, heavy rain, and scorching sun.

3. Overload, short-circuit, and leakage protection equipped automatic leakage circuit breakers, ensuring personal safety.

4. Due to integrated wiring and automated operation procedures, with unified plugs and sockets, this electrical control box is compatible with all vulcanizing machines and repair machines in our factory, a feature not available in standard machines.

Trolleys and nuts are made of high-strength steel, lightweight, high in strength, and easy to operate.
