The "Shengda伟ye" brand SD-series electrically heated tape vulcanizing machine is a specialized equipment for vulcanizing the joints of conveyor belt connections.

This machine is made of lightweight aluminum alloy, featuring a compact size and light weight per piece. It is powered by a standard three-phase power supply, with a uniformly distributed heat plate temperature and a water pressure system providing a uniform pressure of (1.0～2.0 MPa).

Equipped with a lightweight automatic full-color LCD digital temperature control box, the connection between the temperature control box and the main unit is achieved through a unified plug and multi-core cable, offering easy operation and reliable performance. Additionally, it features rapid temperature rise and even distribution of temperature.

High thermal efficiency and other features make it an ideal adhesive equipment for rubber belt joints in conveying machinery.

4. Once-formed vulcanized joints or repairs; the bonded areas are flat and smooth, with the same strength as the original tape.

Three: Water Cooling

Equipped with an internationally advanced DC water-cooling circulation system inside the heating layer. Cools from 145℃ to 70℃ in just 5 minutes, accelerating bonding progress, enhancing belt joint strength, and maintaining belt joint health.

V. Water Pressure Plate:

1. The water pressure plate is precision-manufactured using advanced international technology, featuring a unique structure for even distribution of pressure. It has undergone numerous high-pressure tests.

The hydraulic plate has undergone a 1.875 MPa high-pressure test for 30 minutes, with no leakage observed, exceeding international standards.

2. The water pressure plate is suitable for both hydraulic and pneumatic applications.

2. The fully automatic LCD digital temperature control box features exquisite design and compact size, utilizing advanced vertical double-layer waterproof technology with an integrated dustproof and waterproof cover.

Adaptable for operation under harsh weather conditions such as sandstorms, heavy rain, scorching sun, etc.

3. Overload, short-circuit, and leakage protection circuit breakers for automatic leakage protection, ensuring personal safety.

4. Due to integrated wiring, automated operation procedures, and uniform plugs and sockets, this electrical control box is compatible with all vulcanizers and repair machines in our factory, a feature not available in standard models.
