The "Great Achievements" brand SD-series electric heat vulcanizing machines are specialized equipment for vulcanizing and bonding conveyor belt joints.

The machine is made of lightweight aluminum alloy, featuring a compact size and light unit weight.

Standard three-phase power supply, even heat plate temperature, water pressure system with uniform pressure supply (1.0～2.0mpa), equipped with a lightweight fully automatic LCD temperature control box.

The connection between the temperature control box and the main unit is achieved through an integrated plug and multi-core cable.

Easy to operate, reliable in performance. Also features rapid heating, even temperature distribution, and high thermal efficiency, making it an ideal adhesive equipment for rubber belt joints in conveying machinery.

1. Our factory's vulcanizing machines and repair machines utilize a unique process and technology, featuring an all-in-one precision digital control system. They offer uniform and accurate vulcanizing temperature and pressure, as well as ease of operation.

Two, upper and lower heating plates

Select high-quality aluminum alloy materials, choose Alcoa 7075 high-strength aerospace aluminum plate, precision-fabricated with special processes, featuring:

1. Compact and half the weight, low energy consumption, quick heating, the entire board surface offers excellent flexibility after heating, adheres more tightly to tape than standard machines.

At 1.5 MPa pressure, the parallel tightness is not greater than 0.03 mm.

Generally, standard machines do not possess this feature.

2. The heating plates ensure even heating at all points, both top and bottom. After 10 minutes in the insulation phase, the temperature difference across the working surface is only ±3℃ to 4℃, exceeding international standards.

3. The time from room temperature to the sulfurization temperature (145℃) is no more than 25 minutes, with power consumption half that of the same industry at home and abroad, demonstrating excellent energy-saving effects.

4. One-time vulcanization bonding or repair, with the bonded area being flat and smooth, and the tensile strength identical to the original belt.

5. Heat layer, intermediate heat layer, and sandwiched heat layer are integrated into one, featuring a simple structure and easy installation.

Section 3: Water Cooling

The heating layer is equipped with an internationally advanced DC water cooling circulation system. It rapidly cools from 145℃ high temperature to 70℃.

In just 5 minutes, accelerate bonding process, enhance belt joint strength, and maintain belt joints.

4. Handle:

The handle features an SD soft connection, remains cool to the touch during high-temperature operations, has a chrome-plated finish for a shiny and attractive appearance, and is compact and delicate.

V. Water Pressure Plate:

1. The hydraulic plate is meticulously crafted using cutting-edge international technology. Due to its unique structure, it distributes pressure evenly throughout, having undergone numerous high-pressure tests.

The hydraulic plate has undergone a 1.875mpa high-pressure test for 30 minutes with no leakage observed, exceeding international standards.

2. The hydraulic plate is capable of both hydraulic and pneumatic use.

Section 6: Power Cord Inlet Plug

The power input utilizes a custom five-core integrated flat plug, which overcomes the drawbacks of conventional multi-wire and multi-plug designs, truly achieving a simplified and integrated wiring system.

Section 7: Fully Automatic Electrical Control Box

1. The electrical components of the fully automatic electrical control box are sourced from Panasonic Co., Ltd. in Japan, featuring a clear and intuitive LCD display meter, with excellent quality and durability.

Digital and indicator display, preset vulcanization time and temperature, the entire vulcanization process is fully automated.

2. The fully automatic LCD digital temperature control box features exquisite design and compact size, utilizing advanced vertical double-layer waterproof technology, and an integrated dustproof and waterproof outer cover.

Adaptable for operation under harsh external conditions such as sandstorms, heavy rain, scorching sun, etc.

3. Overload, short-circuit, and leakage protection equipped automatic leakage circuit breakers to ensure personal safety.

4. Due to its integrated circuitry, automated operational procedures, and standardized plugs and sockets, this electrical control box is universally compatible with all vulcanizing machines and repair machines in our factory, a feature not available in conventional models.

Section 8: Pull Handles, Nuts

Trolleys and nuts are made of high-strength steel, offering light weight, high strength, and easy operation.
