Process Workflow.

The temperature control system is equipped with a short-circuit alarm and emergency stop to prevent vulcanization failure, ensuring safe and reliable bonding.

Waterproof, sturdy, lightweight, with a protective cover and handle, available in "aluminum alloy shell" and "iron-plastic shell" options, featuring rubber feet for shock absorption and insulation.

The control box features overload, short-circuit, and leakage protection functions, utilizing 380V or 24V high and low voltage safe circuit controls to ensure personal safety.

3. Heating System: The core heating element is a 3mm thick imported silicone computer-cut ultra-light heating pad by "Germany Comix Komix".

One-time molding, worry-free from issues like water seepage into the heating plate causing internal rust, corrosion, short-circuit, or open circuit.

The heating plate takes approximately 18 minutes to reach the curing temperature from room temperature (varies with the season and climate). The working temperature is adjustable from 0-300℃. The edges of the heat plate are equipped with an external temperature probe.

Temperature can be checked at any time with a rod-type thermometer (user-provided thermometer, 0-300℃ range), and the heating plate features a high-quality, custom-made Comix insulating board.



The insulation board of the vulcanizing machine is made of imported桃花芯veneer thick multi-layer boards, which are easy to handle and have low maintenance costs.

4. Cooling Method: Forced rapid water cooling / Natural cooling. Cooling Time: The vulcanization working surface is reduced from 145℃ to ≤60℃ during the vulcanization process.

The forced built-in water cooling takes approximately 5 to 15 minutes. (There are no copper tubes inside the heating plate.)

Cool water directly contacts the aluminum tray sink, rapidly cooling and facilitating quick disassembly of the machine), with a natural cooling time of approximately 240 to 280 minutes.

5. Pressure system: The pressure device uses a one-time molding pure rubber pressure water bag, ensuring uniform pressure upward during inflation, ultra-light design.

The plate is uniformly compressed between "0~2.0 Mpa" without any leakage or pressure release.

Supply systems utilize portable integrated water tank electric pressure pumps or high-pressure air pumps; the pump head motors are made with 100% pure copper windings.

6. Mechanisms: The double-head small screw and nut clamping mechanisms are made of high-strength, lightweight, hard alloy steel to ensure construction safety, while also facilitating disassembly and transportation, making them suitable for rapid on-site operations.
