Our company is now introducing the newly developed "Xiaoai® Ultra-Light Vulcanizer," which is primarily ultra-light and ultra-thin, with each independent component being approximately 50% to 70% lighter than the older model!

We have gradually phased out the old vulcanizing machines from 30 years ago, and our equipment is now sold worldwide!

"ALEX-Xiaoai®" ultra-thin whole machine utilizes:

1. Aluminum alloy shell electrical control box (about 30% lighter than competitor's steel sheet boxes)

2. German ComiX ComiX 3mm thick ultra-light heating pad (about 50% lighter than the older models of competitors with iron foil wrapping).

3. Pure rubber pressure water bag (about 70% lighter than traditional old-style water pressure plates, versatile for both watering and inflation, and can still vulcanize the belt normally in high-altitude work or underwater areas without water).

4. No need for a heating plate with copper pipes inside; the aluminum alloy water tray can achieve ultra-fast cooling in just 5-15 minutes (approximately 40%-50% lighter and less bulky than the older, thicker models from competitors, and can be used for both water and gas for quick cooling).

5. Aluminum I-beams (up to 20%-40% lighter than traditional models from competitors, thickness and height can be increased based on tape type and pressure requirements).

6. Match luxury mini air pump (can be flexibly replaced with an electric water pump, dual-purpose);

The series "ALEX-Xiaoai® Ultra-Light Vulcanizing Machine" features the following advantages:

1. The ALEX Xiaoai ultra-light vulcanizer boasts a light overall weight, approximately 30% to 50% lighter than the traditional, bulky models. It is easy to transport, assemble, and disassemble individually, while ensuring uniform temperature and pressure on the bonding surfaces.

The vulcanizer is composed of the following parts: vulcanizer frame (lightweight beam), German Comix 3mm thick silicone heating pad, solid rubber pressure water bag with double-head small bolts, clamping device, electric water tank integrated pressure pump or air pump, high-pressure water pipe or air pipe, computer touch screen control box or intelligent digital temperature control box, power cord and temperature sensor, etc.

The computer control box typically uses a power supply of 380V, 50Hz (other special voltages require customization), with a three-phase circuit indicating power on or balanced three-phase status.

Utilize the precise temperature control technology of German CMX Komix software or intelligent CNC display for vulcanization time.

Stable control of curing temperature and insulation time; both can be adjusted by touch or via a gauge. Insulation time is automatically timed, stops upon completion, and features an alert signal or indicator light.

Two control boxes are interchangeable. The Komix CMX software used in the computer vulcanizing machine features a human-machine interface, with a two-dimensional animation demonstration of the vulcanization process.

The belt vulcanization process features real-time monitoring, with automatic temperature control, protection, and monitoring capabilities. It precisely automates the workflow of several belt joints, including "heating, maintaining temperature, and cooling."

The temperature control system is equipped with a short-circuit alarm and emergency stop to prevent vulcanization failure, ensuring safe and reliable bonding.

Waterproof, sturdy, lightweight, with a protective cover and handle, available in "aluminum alloy shell" and "iron-plastic shell" options, featuring rubber feet for shock absorption and insulation.

The control box features overload, short-circuit, and leakage protection. It utilizes 380V or 24V high and low voltage safe wiring for control, ensuring personal safety.

3. Heating System: The core heating element utilizes a 3mm thick imported silicone computer-milled ultra-light heating pad from "Germany Comix Komix."

One-piece molding; worry-free from water渗入heating plates causing internal rust, corrosion, short-circuits, or open circuits.

The heating plate takes approximately 18 minutes to升温 from room temperature to the vulcanization temperature (subject to seasonal and climatic temperature variations). Temperature can be checked at any time with a rod thermometer (user-provided thermometer, 0-300℃ range), and the heating plate features a high-quality, specially-made Comix insulating board.

The vulcanizing machine insulating board is made of imported桃花芯veneer, thickened multi-layer panels that are easy to handle and have low maintenance costs.

4. Cooling Method: Forced rapid water cooling / Natural cooling. Cooling Time: The curing surface temperature is reduced from 145℃ to ≤60℃ during the curing process.

Forced internal water cooling takes approximately 5 to 15 minutes. (No copper tubes inside the heating plate.)

Direct cool water contact with the aluminum panel sink, rapidly lowering the temperature, which can facilitate quick disassembly of the machine), the natural cooling time is approximately 240 to 280 minutes.

5. Pressure System: Utilizes a one-time molded pure rubber pressure water bag for the pressure device, ensuring uniform upward pressure during inflation, with an ultra-light design.

About 70% lighter than traditional old heavy hydraulic plates. The pressure system design is simple.

The plate is uniformly compressed with no leakage or pressure release, ranging from 0 to 2.0 MPa.

The pressure supply system utilizes a portable integrated water tank electric booster pump or a high-pressure air pump. The pump head motor is manufactured with 100% pure copper winding.

6. Equipment: The double-head small screw and nut clamping mechanisms are made of high-strength, lightweight hard alloy steel to ensure construction safety. They are also easy to disassemble and transport, suitable for rapid on-site assembly.

7. Power Interface: All power interfaces are equipped with a dedicated quick-release mechanism, utilizing imported joint-venture brand aviation connectors with self-locking devices for safety, speed, and convenience. Input,
