Our company is now introducing the newly developed "Xiaoai® Ultra-Light Vulcanizer," which is primarily characterized by its ultra-light and ultra-thin design. Each independent component is approximately 50% to 70% lighter than the older model!

We have gradually phased out the old vulcanizing machines from 30 years ago, and our equipment is now sold worldwide!

"ALEX-Xiaoai®" lightweight whole machine utilizes:

1. Aluminum alloy enclosure electrical control box (about 30% lighter than competitor's steel sheet boxes)

2. German ComiX Komix 3mm thick ultra-light heating pad (about 50% lighter than the old-fashioned heating strips wrapped in metal foil used by competitors).

3. Pure rubber pressure water bag (approximately 70% lighter than traditional old-style water pressure plates, versatile for both filling water and air; can still vulcanize the belt normally in areas without water, such as high altitudes or underground).

4. No need for a heating plate with copper pipes installed; the aluminum alloy water tank on the heating plate can achieve ultra-fast cooling in 5-15 minutes (approximately 40%-50% lighter and more compact than older, bulky heating plates from competitors, suitable for both water and gas-based rapid cooling).

5. Aluminum I-beams (up to 20%-40% lighter than traditional models from competitors, thickness and height can be increased based on tape type and pressure requirements).

6. Luxury Mini Air Pump (can be flexibly replaced with an electric water pump, dual-purpose)

7. Utilize Schneider contactors or solid-state relays, along with German brand electrical components, to ensure long-term stable and effective temperature control performance for the vulcanizing machine!

Key features of the "ALEX-Xiaoai® Ultra-Light Vulcanizer" series:

1. The ALEX Xiaoai ultra-light vulcanizer boasts a lightweight design, approximately 30% to 50% lighter than the traditional heavy-duty vulcanizers. It is easy to handle, transport, assemble, and disassemble, while ensuring uniform temperature and pressure distribution at the bonding surface.

The vulcanizing machine is composed of the following parts: vulcanizing machine frame (lightweight beam), German Comix 3mm thick silicone heating pad, pure rubber pressure water bag with double-head small bolts, and clamping device.

Electric water tank integrated booster pump or air pump, high-pressure water or air hose, computer touch screen control box or intelligent digital temperature control box, power cable and temperature sensor, and other components.

2. Temperature control and cooling systems are factory tested for accuracy and reliability, with cables used for testing or electric heating meeting international GB, CCC standards. Various components,

The power supply for computer control cabinets commonly uses 380V, 50Hz (other special voltages are available upon customization), with a three-phase circuit indicating power on or balanced three-phase status.

Utilizing Germany's CMX Komix software for precise temperature control technology or intelligent CNC display for vulcanization time.

Maintain stable vulcanization temperature and insulation time, which can be adjusted by touch or with a gauge. Insulation time is automatically timed, stopping automatically upon completion with an alert signal or indicator light.

Two control boxes are interchangeable. The Komix CMX software used in the computer vulcanizing machine features a human-machine interface, with a two-dimensional animation demonstration of the vulcanization state.

The belt vulcanization process is equipped with real-time monitoring, automatic temperature control, automatic protection, and automatic monitoring functions, achieving a high-precision automated workflow for multiple belt joint operations including "heating, maintaining temperature, and cooling."

The temperature control system features a short-circuit alarm and emergency stop to prevent vulcanization failure, ensuring safe, reliable, and sturdy bonding.

Waterproof, sturdy, lightweight, with a protective cover and handle, available in "aluminum alloy shell" and "iron-plastic shell" options, featuring rubber feet for shock absorption and insulation.

The control box features overcurrent, short-circuit, and leakage protection functions. It utilizes 380V or 24V high/low voltage safe circuit control to ensure personal safety.

3. Heating System. The core heating element is a 3mm thick imported silicone computer-carved ultra-light heating pad from "Germany Comix Komix."

One-time molding, worry-free from issues like water seepage causing internal rust, corrosion, short-circuit, or open circuit on the heating plate.

Keep away from danger. The vulcanization board is flexible when heated, has good thermal conductivity, and features an internally integrated 3mm thick German silicone heating pad. On the vulcanization work surface

The lower hot plate provides even heating at each point, and after entering the insulation phase, the temperature difference on the working surface is approximately ±2℃.

The heating plate takes approximately 18 minutes to升温 from room temperature to the curing temperature (varies with seasonal and climatic temperatures). The working temperature is adjustable from 0-300℃, and the heating plate edge is equipped with an external temperature detection hole.

Temperature can be checked at any time with a rod thermometer (user-provided, 0-300℃ range), and the heating plate uses a high-quality, custom Comix insulating board.

The insulating board of the vulcanizing machine is made of imported桃花芯veneer, a lightweight and cost-effective material for handling and maintenance.

4. Cooling Method: Forced rapid water cooling/Natural cooling. Cooling Time: The vulcanization working surface from 145℃ during vulcanization to ≤60℃.

The forced built-in water cooling time is approximately 5 to 15 minutes. (The heating plate does not contain copper pipes.)

Direct cool water contact with the aluminum plate sink, rapidly cooling, serves as a quick disassembly tool for the machine), with a natural cooling time of approximately 240~280 minutes.

5. Pressure System: Utilizes a one-piece pure rubber pressure water bladder for the pressure device, ensuring uniform upward pressure during inflation, ultra-light design.

Approximately 70% lighter than traditional old models' heavy hydraulic plates. The pressure system design is simple.

The plate experiences uniform pressure of "0~2.0 Mpa" without any leakage or pressure relief phenomena.

The pressure supply system utilizes a portable integrated water tank electric booster pump or a high-pressure air pump. The pump head motor is manufactured with 100% pure copper wire coils.

6. Equipment: The double-head small screw and nut clamping mechanisms are made of high-strength, lightweight, hard alloy steel to ensure construction safety. They are also designed for easy disassembly and transportation, making them suitable for quick on-site assembly.
