Our company is now introducing the newly developed "Xiaoai® Ultra-Light Vulcanizing Machine," which is primarily ultra-light and ultra-thin, with each individual component being approximately 50% to 70% lighter than the older model!

We have gradually phased out the old vulcanizing machines from 30 years ago, and our machines are now sold all over the world!

"ALEX-Xiaoai®" uses ultra-thin whole machine.

1. Aluminum alloy housing electrical control box (about 30% lighter than similar steel sheet boxes)

2. German ComiX ComiX 3mm thick ultra-light heating pad (about 50% lighter than the old iron-clad heating strips used by competitors);

3. Pure rubber pressure water bags (about 70% lighter than traditional old-style water pressure plates, versatile for both filling water and inflation; can still vulcanize belts normally in high-altitude work or waterless areas like underground.)

4. No need for a heating plate with copper pipes; the aluminum alloy water tank on the direct heating plate cools down in just 5-15 minutes (about 40%-50% lighter and more compact than the older, bulky heating plates from competitors, suitable for quick cooling with both water and gas).

5. Aluminum I-beams (up to 20%-40% lighter than traditional models of competitors, thickness and height can be increased based on tape type and pressure requirements).

6. Match luxury mini air pump (can be flexibly replaced with an electric water pump, dual-purpose);

The series "ALEX-Xiaoai® Ultra-Light Vulcanizing Machine" features the following advantages:

1. The ALEX Xiaoai ultra-light vulcanizing machine boasts a lightweight design, approximately 30% to 50% lighter than the traditional heavy-duty vulcanizing machines. It is easy to handle, transport, assemble, and disassemble, while ensuring uniform temperature and pressure distribution across the bonding surface.

The vulcanizer consists of the following components: vulcanizer frame (lightweight beam), German Comix 3mm thick silicone heating pad, pure rubber pressure water bag with double-headed small bolts, and clamping device.

An electric water tank integrated booster pump or air pump, high-pressure water or air hose, computer touch screen control box or intelligent digital temperature control box, power cord, and temperature sensor, etc., constitute the components.

2. Temperature control and cooling systems undergo accurate factory inspections and are reliable in operation. The cables required for testing or electric heating, etc., comply with international GB, CCC standards. All components and parts,

The computer control box power supply commonly uses 380V, 50Hz (other special voltages require customization), with a three-phase circuit indicating power on or balanced three-phase status.

Utilize the precise temperature control technology of German CMX Komix software or intelligent CNC display for vulcanization time.

Maintain stable vulcanization temperature and insulation time, which can be adjusted by touch or instrument control. Insulation time is automatically timed, stops automatically upon completion, and is indicated by an alert signal or indicator light.

Two control boxes are interchangeable. The computer vulcanizer uses Komix CMX software with a human-machine interface, a 2D animation demonstration of vulcanization status.

The belt vulcanization process features real-time monitoring, automatic temperature control, automatic protection, and automatic monitoring capabilities, achieving a high-precision automated workflow for multiple belt joints, including heating, maintaining temperature, and cooling.

The temperature control system features a short-circuit alarm and emergency stop to prevent vulcanization failure, ensuring safe, reliable, and strong bonding.

Waterproof, sturdy, lightweight, with a protective cover and handle, available in "Aluminum Alloy Shell" and "Iron Plastic Shell" options, featuring rubber feet for shock absorption and insulation.

The control box features overloading, short-circuit, and leakage protection functions. It employs 380V or 24V high/low voltage safe wiring for control, ensuring personal safety.

3. Heating System: The core heating element is a 3mm thick imported silicone computer-cut ultra-light heating pad by "Germany Comix Komix".

One-step molding, worry-free from issues like internal rust, corrosion, short circuit, or open circuit due to water in the heating plate.

Stay away from hazards. The vulcanized plate is flexible after heating, with good thermal conductivity, and is equipped with a 3mm thick German silicone heating pad. The vulcanization working surface

The lower heating plate ensures even heating at all points, and after entering the insulation stage, the working surface temperature difference is around ±2℃.

The heating plate takes approximately 18 minutes to rise from room temperature to the curing temperature (with variations due to seasonal and climatic conditions). The working temperature is adjustable from 0-300°C, and the edges of the heating plate are equipped with external temperature detection holes.

Temperature can be checked at any time with a rod-type thermometer (user-provided thermometer, 0-300℃ range), and the heating plate features a high-quality, custom Comix insulating board.

The insulation board of the vulcanizing machine is made of imported桃花芯veneer, a lightweight and cost-effective material, and is reinforced with multi-layer boards for easy handling and low maintenance costs.

4. Cooling Method: Forced rapid water cooling/Natural cooling. Cooling Time: The vulcanization work surface is reduced from 145℃ to ≤60℃ during the vulcanization process.

The forced internal water cooling takes approximately 5 to 15 minutes. (No copper tubes inside the heating plate.)

Direct cool water contact with the aluminum panel sink, quickly lowers the temperature, and facilitates rapid machine disassembly. The natural cooling time is approximately 240 to 280 minutes.

5. Pressure System - Utilizes a one-time molded pure rubber pressure water bag for pressure devices, ensuring uniform pressure upwards during inflation, ultra-light design.

About 70% lighter than traditional old-style heavy hydraulic plates. The pressure system design is simple.

The pressure plate is uniformly compressed with no leakage or pressure relief between 0~2.0 Mpa.

The pressure supply system utilizes a portable integrated water tank electric booster pump or a high-pressure air pump. The motor of the booster pump is manufactured with 100% pure copper winding.

6. Mechanisms: The double-head small screw and nut clamping mechanisms are made of high-strength, lightweight hard alloy steel to ensure construction safety, while also facilitating disassembly and transportation, making them suitable for quick on-site assembly.

7. Power Interface: All power interfaces are equipped with a dedicated quick plug-and-pull design, using imported joint venture brand aviation connectors with self-locking mechanisms, ensuring safety, speed, and ease of use. Input,
