The Group Company now introduces the newly developed "Xiaoai® Ultra-Light Vulcanizer," which is primarily ultra-light and ultra-thin, with each independent component being approximately 50%~70% lighter than the older model!

We are gradually phasing out the old vulcanizing machines with technology from 30 years ago.Our machinery is exported to markets both domestically and internationally!

"ALEX-Xiaoai®" ultra-thin whole machine utilizes:

1. Aluminum alloy shell electrical control box (approximately 30% lighter than competitors' steel sheet boxes)

2. Germany ComiX ComiX 3mm thick ultra-light heating pad (about 50% lighter than the old-fashioned heating strips wrapped in iron sheet from competitors);

3. Pure rubber pressure water bags (about 70% lighter than traditional old-style water pressure plates, versatile for both filling water and inflation, and can still vulcanize belts normally in areas without water, such as high-altitude work or underground).

4. No need for a heating plate with copper piping; the aluminum alloy water tank on the heating plate cools down in just 5-15 minutes (about 40%-50% lighter and more compact than older, bulky heating plates from competitors; suitable for quick cooling with water or gas).

5. Aluminum beams (up to 20% to 40% lighter than traditional models from competitors, thickness and height can be increased as per tape type and pressure requirements).

6. Luxury Mini Air Pump (can be flexibly replaced with an electric water pump, dual-purpose)

7. Utilizing Schneider contactors or solid-state relays, along with German brand electrical components, to ensure long-term stable and effective temperature control performance for the vulcanizing machine!

Key features of the "ALEX-Xiaoai® Ultra-Light Vulcanizing Machine" series:

1. The ALEX Xiaoai ultra-light vulcanizer boasts a lightweight design, approximately 30% to 50% lighter than traditional heavy-duty vulcanizers. It's easy to handle, transport, assemble, and disassemble, while ensuring uniform temperature and pressure distribution across the bonding surfaces.

The vulcanizer is composed of the following parts: vulcanizer frame (lightweight beam), German Comix 3mm thick silicone heating pad, pure rubber pressure water bag with double-headed small bolts.Clamping device, electric water tank integrated booster pump or air pump, high-pressure water pipe or air pipe, computer touch screen control box with software or intelligent digital temperature control box.Composed of power cables and temperature sensors, etc.

The computer control box power supply commonly uses 380V, 50Hz (other special voltages require customization), with a three-phase circuit display indicating power on or three-phase balance status.

Utilize the precise temperature control technology of German CMX Komax software or the intelligent CNC display for vulcanization time.

Maintain stable vulcanization temperature and insulation time, which can be adjusted by touch or instruments. Insulation time is automatically timed and stops upon completion, with an alert signal or indicator light.

Two control boxes are interchangeable. The Komix CMX software used in the computer vulcanizing machine features a human-machine interface, with a two-dimensional animation demonstration of the vulcanization state.

The belt vulcanization process features real-time monitoring, with automatic temperature control, protection, and monitoring capabilities. It precisely automates the workflow of multiple belt joints, including "heating, maintaining temperature, and cooling."

The temperature control system features a short-circuit alarm and emergency stop to prevent vulcanization failure, ensuring safe and reliable bonding.

The temperature-controlled box is waterproof, sturdy, lightweight, equipped with a protective cover and handle, available in "aluminum alloy shell" and "iron-plastic shell" options. Additionally, the rubber feet serve as shock absorption and insulation.

The control box features protective functions against overloads, short circuits, and leakage.Operated with a 380V or 24V high/low voltage safety circuit, ensuring personal safety.

3. Heating System. The core heating element features a 3mm thick imported silicone computer-milled ultra-light heating pad from "Germany Comix Komix."

One-step molding, worry-free from issues like internal rust, corrosion, short-circuiting, or open-circuiting due to water in the heating plate.

Stay away from hazards. Vulcanized plates are flexible and have good thermal conductivity after heating, featuring an internally installed 3mm thick German silicone heating pad. The vulcanization work surface

The lower heating plate provides uniform heating at all points, and after entering the insulation phase, the working surface temperature difference is approximately ±2℃.

The heating plate takes approximately 18 minutes to rise from room temperature to the vulcanization temperature (subject to seasonal and climatic temperature variations). The working temperature is adjustable from 0-300°C, and the heating plate edges are equipped with external temperature detection holes.

Temperature can be checked at any time using a rod thermometer (user-provided 0-300℃ thermometer), and the heating plate socket is fitted with a high-quality, specially made Comix insulating board.

The insulation board of the vulcanizing machine is made of imported桃花芯veneer, a lightweight and cost-effective material, combined with thick multi-layer boards for easy handling and low maintenance costs.

4. Cooling Method: Forced rapid water cooling/Natural cooling. Cooling Time: The vulcanization work surface is reduced from 145℃ to ≤60℃ during the vulcanization process.

The forced built-in water cooling takes approximately 5 to 15 minutes. (No copper tubes inside the heating plate.)

Direct cool water contact with the aluminum tray sink, quickly lowering the temperature, which can facilitate the rapid disassembly of the machine), the natural cooling time is approximately 240~280 minutes.

5. Pressure System: Utilizes a one-piece molded pure rubber pressure water bag for the pressure device, ensuring uniform upward pressure during inflation, ultra-light design.

Approximately 70% lighter than traditional old-style heavy hydraulic plates. The pressure system design is simple.

The plate is uniformly compressed with no leakage or pressure relief between 0~2.0 Mpa.

The pressure supply system utilizes a portable integrated electric booster pump with a water tank or a high-pressure air pump. The pump head motor is manufactured with 100% pure copper winding.

6. Mechanisms: The double-threaded small screw and nut clamping mechanisms are made of high-strength, lightweight, hard alloy steel to ensure construction safety, while also facilitating disassembly and transportation, making them suitable for rapid on-site assembly.

7. Power Interface: All power interfaces are equipped with a dedicated quick-release design, utilizing imported joint-venture brand aviation connectors with self-locking mechanisms for safety, speed, and ease of use. Input,
