"ANDREAS" vulcanizing machine, featuring an "Andreas" software system PLC touch screen for fully automatic temperature control. The machine is made of high-strength, lightweight aviation-grade aluminum alloy and features multi-color imported nano materials. It undergoes an environmentally friendly anti-corrosion surface treatment and is produced using a special baking process.

The ANDREAS vulcanizing machine consists of the following components: machine frame (beam), heating plate, hydraulic bag, large bolts, clamping device, integrated electric water tank pressure pump, high-pressure water pipes, computer touch screen software control box, power cables, and temperature sensors, etc. 1. This series of vulcanizing machines is lightweight with a high-quality lightweight aluminum alloy material for the main beam, making it compact, easy to handle, and simple to assemble and disassemble. The surface of the separate parts is smooth with no burrs. 2. Technical Core – Computer Control Box: The machine utilizes ANDREAS' high-tech precise temperature control technology, stable control of vulcanizing temperature and insulation time, with both temperature and insulation time adjustable via touch. Insulation time is automatically timed, stops automatically upon completion, and an alert signal is emitted. The computer vulcanizing machine features a human-machine interface, 2D animation demonstration of vulcanizing status, real-time monitoring of the belt vulcanizing process, with automatic control, protection, and monitoring functions to accurately complete belt joints. Its unique temperature control system includes a broken wire alarm and emergency stop device to prevent vulcanizing failure, ensuring safe and reliable bonding. The computer temperature control box is waterproof, sturdy, lightweight, equipped with a protective cover and handle, and the rubber feet serve as shock absorption and insulation. The control box has overload, short-circuit, and leakage protection features, using a 24V low-voltage safe circuit for control to ensure personal safety. 3. Heating System: The core heating element is designed in parallel to ensure that the vulcanizing process can continue smoothly in case of local failure, reducing losses. The vulcanizing plate, after heating, is flexible with good heat conduction. The machine is equipped with a 5mm thick core heating element, with each independent heating strip strictly calculated for different power to ensure even heating. The heating elements cannot be designed in series to avoid local short circuits and cause the joint being vulcanized to be scrapped. The heating plates on and below the vulcanizing work surface provide uniform heat, and after entering the insulation phase, the temperature difference on the work surface does not exceed ±2°C. The heating plate takes no more than 30 minutes to rise from room temperature to vulcanizing temperature. The working temperature is adjustable from 0-300°C. The heat plate edges have external temperature detection holes for real-time temperature checking with a rod-type thermometer. The heating plate socket uses COMIX high-quality special insulation rubber board. The vulcanizing machine's insulating board uses lightweight, low-maintenance imported poplar core faced insulating material. 4. ANDREAS computer vulcanizing machine cooling method: forced cooling/natural cooling, cooling time: the vulcanizing work surface is cooled down to ≤60°C, with forced cooling time of about 15 minutes, and natural cooling time of about 280 minutes. 5. ANDREAS computer vulcanizing machine pressure system: the pressure device uses a three-in-one integrated combination to ensure uniform upward pressure during pressurization. The pressure system design is simple, with the entire pressure plate uniformly pressured without leakage or pressure relief. The ANDREAS computer vulcanizing machine's pressure supply system uses an integrated electric pressure pump with a portable water tank, and the motor is made with 100% pure copper wire. 6. Mechanism: The clamping mechanism such as screws and nuts is made of high-strength lightweight hard alloy steel to ensure construction safety and facilitate disassembly and handling, suitable for on-site quick assembly. 7. Power Interface: All power interfaces use HL, COMIX special quick-release connections, with imported HL aviation connectors featuring self-locking devices for safety, speed, and simplicity. The secondary power cable uses flame-retardant integrated 5-core COMIX safety cable, integrating power supply and all signal cables into a single cable line for insulation, waterproofing, and anti-interference. Each set is equipped with one main power cable assembly and two output secondary cable assemblies. 8. Water Supply Interface: All waterway interfaces use quick-release copper connectors that do not rust, are safe, fast, and simple. 9. Lifting Device: The heating plate is equipped with a lifting device or a special mechanism for easy handling, with a simple structure, reliability, safety, and high strength.
