L Series Dry Continuous Wire Drawing Machine
Application: This set of equipment is ideal for drawing low, medium, and high carbon steel wire rods, as well as copper, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metals and their alloys. It is widely used in the drawing process of wire ropes, steel cables, construction components, galvanized iron wire, metal mesh, and nail manufacturing.
Structure: This equipment consists of the main reduction box, mold box guide wheel架, wire winding stand, and electrical control system. Each wire winding is driven by a JZT series or Y series motor through a gear coupling and a two-speed ratio cylindrical gear reducer, enabling the drum to rotate and work. The wire winding drum is vertical and mounted on the cover box. The gear set is lubricated by immersion oil.
The reel interior is equipped with a cooling spray system to reduce the residual heat on the surface of the steel wire coil after pulling. The machine allows for single-step, interconnected, and safe stopping mechanisms in front of the reel operating position on the machine tool.
