Mainly used for the production of steel cord, tire bead copper wire, wire rope, stainless steel wire, gas shielded welding wire, and other products. The wire drawing machine in this system can draw wire from a reel with a diameter of 350-900mm, with a maximum incoming wire diameter of 14mm and a minimum of 0.7mm.
This equipment features multiple functions including human-machine dialogue, motor over-temperature protection, abnormal water pressure, meter counting, full-length alarm, and fault display. Its transmission structure employs a flat double-package turbine pair + narrow V-belt, with low noise levels; the reel is cooled using a combination of narrow gap cooling and air cooling, ensuring excellent cooling effects. The speed control method utilizes AC frequency conversion and Siemens PLC, making it a user-friendly, highly automated, and versatile advanced drawing machine.
