Causes of Vibration in Servo Hydraulic Machine Gear Pumps

Reasons for gear pump vibration in servo hydraulic presses:

1. Does the gear pump intake oil liquid with bubbles from the oil tank?

2. Inspect the rubber components of the motor and pump coupling for any damage or missing installation. If damaged or not properly installed, replace or re-install the rubber components of the coupling.

3. Inspect the concentricity of the pump and motor installation. Adjust the concentricity of the pump and motor according to the specified requirements.

4. Inspect the key or spline of the coupling. Wear can cause radial跳动 in the rotating parts.

5. Inspect the face seal at the area where the pump housing contacts the side end caps directly. If the flatness of the contact surface does not meet the specified requirements, the pump may easily吸入 air during operation. The servo hydraulic press can grind back and forth in an 8-shaped pattern on a flat plate using grinding compound, or it can be milled on a planer, ensuring the flatness is no more than 5mm and maintaining the perpendicularity requirement between the plane and the hole.

6. Inspect the fit between the pump end cover hole and the flange outer diameter. Poor fitting can allow air to enter through this contact point. If the flange is made of plastic, damage or deformation due to temperature changes can also cause the seal to be loose, allowing air to enter. Sealing can be achieved by applying epoxy resin or other adhesive materials.

7. Inspect for any damage or wear on the internal components of the servo hydraulic pump. Severe damage or wear to these components can cause vibration and noise. If there is a significant error in the tooth shape or pitch, poor contact between the two gears, high roughness on the gear surfaces, excessive variation in the normal length, or too small a side clearance, the contact area of the two meshing gears is not on the pitch circle. In such cases, it may be necessary to replace the gears and conduct a gear fitting.
