Working Principle

Industrial fluids (water or other liquids) circulate within the spray pipes of the cooling tower, with the heat of the industrial fluid evenly sprayed onto the packing surface. Simultaneously, air surrounding the unit enters from the bottom inlet grille, flowing in the opposite direction to the water flow, ascending through the packing. A small portion of water evaporates, absorbing heat, and the moist air is exhausted into the atmosphere by the exhaust fan at the top of the cooling tower, while the remaining water falls into the bottom sump.

Structural Features

The irrigation system is equipped with large-diameter, clog-proof nozzles to ensure even water distribution. The heat dissipation packing has a low wind resistance coefficient, reducing water loss to 0.001%.
2. Easy to assemble, with a long service life
Combination design with lightweight accessories for easier transportation and installation. The tower is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic, offering strong corrosion resistance.
