The ultra-low nitrogen burner, also known as the DOWSON ultra-low nitrogen integrated burner, is an electronic proportional control burner that operates proportionally via a PID regulator. It can control the gas, fresh air, and flue gas volumes at ten separate combustion points. In 2020, it was extensively配合 with low nitrogen retrofitting of boilers in Zhejiang Province and across the country's boiler brands (TeFu Boiler), yielding impressive performance.
Ultra-low NOx burner combustion range: 150KW-10,000KW. In recent years, due to significantly increased pollution, there has been a growing global focus, especially in all highly industrialized countries, on performance, energy efficiency, and emissions reduction. To meet the increasing NOx emission requirements, DOWSON has developed a new generation of integrated burners based on the FGR (flue gas recirculation) low-emission technology, capable of achieving strict limits.
