One: Gas equipment should be installed along walls made of non-flammable materials. When encountering other pipelines, the following requirements should be met:
When laying horizontally parallel, the clear distance should not be less than 150mm.
(2) When installed vertically in parallel, the clear distance should not be less than 100mm and it should be positioned on the outer side of other pipes.
(3) When crossing installations, the minimum clear distance should not be less than 50mm.
In special cases, when natural gas piping for indoor gas equipment must pass through the bathroom, toilet, suspended ceiling (vertical passage), and living room, the piping should be seamless.
Three, gas pipes for indoor coal should not pass beneath the sink. When necessary, a sleeve should be added, with the sleeve diameter being two sizes larger than the gas pipe diameter. Both the gas pipe and the sleeve should have no joints, and the ends of the sleeve should extend 20 to 20mm beyond the side of the sink.
After the installation of gas equipment and gas pipelines is completed, a tightness test should be conducted. The test pressure is 300mm of water column, and a pressure drop within 3 minutes is considered合格.
Five, gas equipment burners and electric meters, as well as electrical equipment, should be set at an offset position with a minimum horizontal clear distance of 500mm. In cases where offsetting is not possible, heat-insulating protective measures should be in place.
Six. When the wall at the location of the gas equipment appliances is made of wood or other flammable materials, fire prevention measures must be taken.
Seven: The side of gas equipment and various appliances should be at least 200mm away from walls, sinks, door frames, etc. The distance between appliances and between appliances should also be no less than 200mm. When two appliances or one appliance and a sink are arranged at a right angle, the combined distance from both sides to the wall should not be less than 1.2 meters.
