The ultra-low nitrogen burner, also known as the DOWSON ultra-low nitrogen integrated burner, is an electronic proportional control burner. It operates proportionally through a PID regulator, controlling the gas, fresh air, and flue gas volumes across ten combustion points. In 2020, it was extensively used in the low nitrogen transformation of boilers in Zhejiang Province and nationwide brands (including Te Fu Boiler), achieving impressive results.
Ultra-low NOx burner combustion range: 150KW-10,000KW. In recent years, with the significant increase in pollution, there is an increasing focus on performance, energy efficiency, and emissions reduction globally, especially in all highly industrialized countries. To meet the growing requirements for NOx emissions, DOWSON has developed a new generation of integrated burners based on the FGR (flue gas recirculation) low emission technology, capable of reaching strict limits.
