Accuracy: Roughness Ra0.005 (Finish Grade 14 and above), cooling or heating temperature difference ≤±1°C, thermal deformation ≤0.01mm. Straightness ≤0.005mm,跳动≤0.005mm, coaxiality ≤0.005mm. Surface hardness HRC55-58, hardness HV1000 (HRC62) after chrome plating and polishing.

Application: Suitable for the matte finishing and calendering fields of various products such as PMMA, PC, PET, PP, PT, PE, ABS, PVC plastic sheets, films, leather, papermaking, and more.
