Steel Lined PO Storage Tank Description: Our company's steel lined PO towers, reactors, containers, and other large equipment are characterized by: the use of internationally advanced rotational hot melt technology, formed in one molding process with a large-scale rotational molding machine, featuring seamless joints, shock resistance, vacuum resistance, anti-static properties, and non-toxicity. The inner wall is reinforced with spot-welded metal mesh, which interlaces and hot melts the (PO) material with the metal mesh into a single entity, cooling to a solidly bonded state on the inner surface of the equipment, with good overall strength of the steel, no delamination, and long-term use under vacuum conditions. Its properties can withstand corrosion from various concentrations of acids, alkalis, salts, and certain organic solvents, replacing products such as stainless steel, titanium, enameled ware, and rubber, with a more affordable price, ease of molding, and wide application in the lining of large and complex non-standard equipment. PO products can also be used for secondary repairs. Suitable for conveying corrosive gases, liquids, and solid-liquid, slurry media. Operating Temperature: -60℃ to 100℃; Working Pressure: Positive pressure 2.5MPa; Negative pressure 90KPa. Physical and Mechanical Properties: Density: 1.73~1.75g/cm3, Tensile Strength: 241MPa, Yield Strength: 11.7MPa, Hardness: 52D.
Construction Technique:
The bow and arrow, after being sandblasted, should be heated to 280°C to 310°C (the specific temperature depends on the heat capacity of the workpiece, determined by experiments), then sprinkle the powder directly onto the workpiece surface. Rotate the workpiece to level the powder with its own heat (if the workpiece has low heat capacity, heat it in an oven at 230°C to 250°C to level the powder), and finally cool it with air or water to room temperature.
