Steel Lined PO Storage Tank Description: Our company's steel lined PO towers, reactors, containers, and other large equipment feature: the use of internationally advanced rotational hot melting new technology, formed in one molding by a large-scale rotational molding machine, with advantages such as seamless, shock-resistant, vacuum-resistant, antistatic, and non-toxic. The inner wall is reinforced with spot-welded metal mesh, making the (PO) material interwoven with the metal mesh and melting into one, firmly adhering to the inner surface of the equipment after cooling. It has good overall strength with steel, will not delaminate, and can be used for a long time under vacuum conditions. Its properties can withstand corrosion from various concentrations of acids, alkalis, salts, and certain organic solvents, and can replace similar products such as stainless steel, titanium, enamel, and rubber, with a lower price, easy to shape, and widely applicable as lining for large and complex-shaped equipment. PO products can also be used for secondary repairs. Suitable for conveying corrosive gases, liquids, and solid-liquid, slurry media. Operating Temperature: -60℃ to 100℃; Working Pressure: Positive pressure 2.5MPa; Negative pressure 90KPa. Physical and Mechanical Properties: Density: 1.73~1.75g/cm3, Tensile Strength: 241MPa, Ultimate Tensile Strength: 11.7MPa, Hardness: 52D.
Construction Technology:
The arrow tips, after being shot-blasted, are heated to 280℃~310℃ (the specific heating temperature is determined by experiment based on the workpiece's thermal capacity). Sprinkle the powder directly onto the workpiece surface, rotate the workpiece, and allow the workpiece's self-heating to level the powder (if the workpiece has low thermal capacity, heat it to 230℃-250℃ in an oven to level the powder), then cool it with air or water to room temperature.
