Fiberglass chimney

Fiberglass chimney pipes are made of fiberglass, featuring low cost, short production cycle, long service life, ease of processing, simple installation, lightweight, high strength and rigidity, and smooth internal and external surfaces when made of fiberglass, with excellent aging resistance and corrosion resistance at high temperatures. Moreover, they can be easily equipped with sprinklers, filter meshes, etc., to absorb harmful components in the flue gas.

The main body of the glass fiber chimney is made by winding technology, with the glass fiber products formed by winding consisting of a laminated structure. Due to the relatively long length of the glass fiber chimney, we have developed a complete, mature, and reliable production and installation process to ensure the installation accuracy of the chimney (especially its verticality). Additionally: we can design the glass fiber chimneys according to the diameter and height as per customer requirements. The shape can also be customized to meet specific customer needs. Our factory's glass fiber chimneys are now widely used in industries such as power, fertilizer, chemicals, smelting, and oil, serving as equipment for treating corrosive or high-temperature gases.
