Comprehensive Technical Sorting for Lithium-ion Battery Recycling Equipment

New technology for comprehensive recycling of lithium batteries, waste lithium battery processing equipment, lithium battery decomposition equipment, and mobile/tri-lithium battery recycling equipment has been achieved, integrating resource and environmental harmony.

1. Lithium-ion Battery Recycling Equipment: Our equipment for recycling lithium-ion batteries encompasses the separation of various types of power batteries, new energy batteries, spent lithium-ion battery casings, positive and negative active materials, copper and aluminum metals, and plastic separators.

2. Lithium-ion Battery Recycling Equipment: The lithium battery recycling equipment includes cathode materials, anode materials, copper-aluminum metals, black powder, lithium cobalt oxide, separator materials, etc.

The comprehensive sorting technology for lithium battery recycling equipment consists of magnetic separation and air separation, among others. Magnetic separation can separate ferromagnetic materials from crushed materials; air separation can separate powders and lighter plastic separators from crushed materials, while also volatilizing part of the substances attached to the materials. This is the existing technology for lithium battery recycling equipment.

In addition to our lithium-ion battery recycling equipment, our prototype workshop offers a range of testing equipment including tire recycling systems, aluminum capacitor recovery units, aircraft tray recycling systems, waste zipper copper granulator, copper-aluminum-stainless steel separators, electronic waste separators, circuit board crushing machines, plastic cleaning equipment, hammer crushers, radiator tube stripping machines, and copper-aluminum separators.
