    1. The Mixed Charging process, also known as the one-step method, involves simultaneously reducing silicon dioxide and calcium oxide with carbonaceous reducing agents. This means that all raw materials are mixed uniformly and then added in small batches to the furnace. The Mixed Charging method is simple to operate and easy to control. However, this approach leads to a rapid increase in land deposits and a shorter production cycle.


    2. Layered Charging Method. Initially, mix the lime and reducing agent material and add it to the furnace. After it melts and sinks, cover it with a mixture of quartz and reducing agent. This reduces the contact between calcium oxide and silicon dioxide inside the furnace, minimizing the formation of low-melting point calcium silicate slag. Due to the higher furnace temperature, it is capable of producing high-grade products.Silica CaAlloy.
