Description:The principle of anti-static bags: Made from insulating materials, anti-static bags prevent the generation of static electricity through friction, protect against the influence of static fields, and can prevent direct discharge when in contact with charged individuals or objects.
Static-dissipative bags are packaging bags for electrostatic-sensitive electronic components. They prevent the generation of static electricity through friction, shield against the influence of static fields, and guard against direct discharge damage to electronic components when in contact with charged humans or objects. These bags maintain excellent physical properties under high and low temperatures, and are suitable for packaging various PCBs, computer motherboards, sound cards, graphics cards, network cards, electronic chips, ICs, communication devices, optical photoelectric devices, and other high-tech electronic products sensitive to static electricity.
Anti-static bags can effectively protect electrostatic-sensitive components from potential electrostatic damage. Their unique Faraday cage construction creates an "inductive shield" effect to shield and prevent static electricity within the bag. The outer layer features a wear-resistant metal coating, while the inner layer is made of ethylene material. Through complex processing, the anti-static shielding protection is optimized. The semi-transparent heat-sealed bag design allows for clear identification of the contents inside.
Recommended usage of anti-static bags: For packaging electronic products that require static protection, such as various PC boards, IC integrated circuits, optical drives, hard drives, and electronic components.
Anti-static shielding bags are made of composite materials with excellent product performance and are widely used for packaging various PC boards, computer motherboards, sound cards, graphics cards, network cards, and electrostatic-sensitive high-tech electronic products. The anti-static packaging material is made by multi-layer lamination, with the inner layer being a heat-sealable layer that offers twice the sealing strength of common materials; the middle layer is a high-strength mechanical layer with excellent mechanical properties; and the outer layer is a conductive layer. This material is compatible with relevant chemical products, exhibits good performance, and will not undergo a chemical reaction with the packaged items during storage and packaging, making it suitable for direct contact packaging of related products. Its moisture-proof performance reaches level II, and its high and low-temperature performance is ±500°C. It boasts excellent comprehensive mechanical properties, meeting the packaging strength requirements after mechanical strength and packaging transportation drop tests. It also has good workability, with the conductive layer utilizing a coating process that can be processed into any shape according to customer requirements.
