Lithium carbonate ton bag packaging scale operation process:
1. Prior to packaging: Place the empty pallet in the designated packaging area beneath the weighing platform.
2. Bagging: Activate the equipment, and the bag gripping device automatically secures the bag, clamping the filling mouth of the packaging bag to achieve a sealed state. The lifting frame automatically rises to the packaging position manually set for bags of this type.
3. Skinning: The packaging machine automatically removes the tare weight of the packaging bag.
4. Quick Filling: The packaging machine automatically controls the opening of the gravity filling mechanism. During the filling process, the weighing instrument continuously measures the weight of the material in the packaging bag. The quick filling process ends when the weight of the material in the bag reaches the pre-set quick filling value by hand.

1. The electric hoist is mounted on the crossbeam of the top frame, or can also be mounted on the floor.
2. The ton bags are lifted by an electric hoist to above the hopper, with the bag mouth inserted into the hopper's feeding opening. Then, the clamp bag valve is tightened, the tie bag ropes are released, and the clamp bag valve is slowly opened, allowing the materials inside the bag to smoothly flow into the hopper.
3. Material falls from the hopper into the rotating valve below, enters the bottom pipeline, and compressed air from the factory can pneumatically transport the material to its destination, completing the unpacking and conveying process (this valve can be omitted if conveying is not required).
4. This equipment can be fitted with an internal or external dust collector for fine powder materials, to filter out dust generated during the pouring process and exhaust clean exhaust gases into the atmosphere, allowing workers to work comfortably in a clean environment. For clean lithium carbonate with low dust content, installing a polyester filter element at the exhaust outlet can achieve dust removal without the need for a dust collector.
