Classroom Door and Window Design: According to national standards, the design of classroom doors primarily serves for traffic疏散 and ventilation. In practice in our country, it is generally arranged to have one door at the front and one at the back of the classroom, with a door opening width of 1000mm. In cases where it is difficult to install two doors in the layout, a single door can be used instead, with a width of 1200-1500mm. The height of the door opening is usually 2400-2700mm, and the door swings inward to avoid obstructing pedestrian traffic in the corridor.

Steel School Door Installation Requirements: 1. Before formal production and installation, carefully review the location, quantity, and dimensions of the fire doors at the construction site, and take responsibility for the final production quantity and dimensions. 2. Marking and Locating: Mark the installation position line of the door frame inside the opening according to the dimensions, elevation, and opening direction specified in the design drawings. 3. During the installation of steel school doors, after the door leaf is mounted to the door frame, adjust its position and levelness. 4. Steel School Door Frame Installation: Before installing the door frame, measure the dimensions on site, and compare them with the drawings and relevant design changes, review and clarify technical requirements, determine the opening direction, and strictly adhere to design and related specification requirements for the door frame installation. According to the different structures of the door frame, fill all gaps around the door frame with cement mortar and level them. 5. Frame Alignment: After the door frame is positioned, align its verticality, levelness, and diagonals according to the design requirements, adjust to the same installation height, and ensure consistent distances from the interior and exterior walls, as well as consistent width at the top and bottom of the door frame. 6. Connection and Fixing: Temporarily fix the door frame with bolts and must be reviewed to ensure accurate installation dimensions.
