FPB lightweight partition boards, commonly used for home partitions, are known for their ease of installation; however, there are still some precautions to take during the construction process:
1. Use the ink cartridge to draw lines perpendicular to the subfloor at the wall panel installation location to ensure the wall panels are installed straight and level.
2. Standard sheet sizes are 2.44m x 0.61m, with any cuts and adjustments made to meet requirements, ensuring material efficiency.
3. Rinse the wet concave and convex grooves, then apply the mortar and sand mixture inside.
4. Stand the boards with the applied mud vertically, align them properly, and ensure the two boards are tightly pressed together.
5. Check for vertical alignment; if not up to standard, use an iron crowbar for correction.
6. Correctly align and secure rebar.
