详情描述
Sewage suction trucks are a new type of环卫vehicle designed for collecting, transferring, and cleaning transported sludge and wastewater, to prevent secondary pollution.
I. Working Principle
The principle of the sewage suction truck is primarily to use air pressure for the suction and discharge of sewage. The main working component is the vacuum sewage pump. During operation, the engine drives the vacuum pump through the transmission and power take-off. When suctioning, the vacuum pump evacuates air from the tank to create a vacuum, and the waste is forced into the tank through the suction pipeline under the pressure of the external atmosphere. During discharge, the vacuum pump reverses, drawing in external air into the tank, using the tank's air to expel the waste.
Section II: Body Structure Features
Robust and Durable: The body is typically made of sturdy steel construction to withstand various pressures and impacts during the waste removal process.
High-capacity tank: The tank is commonly made of corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel or glass fiber to prevent the manure from corroding the vehicle body. The tank is usually elliptical or cylindrical in shape, which is conducive to the storage and discharge of manure and also improves the vehicle's driving stability.
Core Components: The vehicle's underbody typically features a sewage pump and its associated pipeline system. The sewage pump is the core component of the sewage truck, capable of generating strong suction to draw waste slurry from septic tanks or sewage wells into the tank. The pipeline system is responsible for connecting the sewage pump to the tank, ensuring smooth entry of the slurry into the tank.
Supplementary Equipment: To facilitate operation and maintenance, the body of the fecal sludge truck is equipped with various supplementary devices, such as hydraulic systems, operating systems, and discharge systems. The hydraulic system is used to control the lifting and tilting of the tank, the operating system is used for controlling the vehicle's driving and sludge suction operations, and the discharge system is used to release the fecal sludge from the tank to the designated location. Application Scenarios:
Sewer trucks are primarily used by urban and rural sanitation departments for the suction and transportation of feces and other waste liquids. They are suitable for suctioning liquids containing smaller suspended particles, such as feces, wastewater, sludge, etc. Additionally, municipal sanitation, large, medium, and small industrial and mining enterprises, residential areas, schools, and septic tank cleaning and transfer are also key application scenarios for sewer trucks.
Market Situation
The market price for sewage suction trucks varies due to factors like brand, model, configuration, and origin. Currently, there are various types of sewage suction trucks available for selection, such as small agricultural three-wheeled sewage suction trucks, diesel sewage suction trucks, and electric sewage suction trucks. Users can choose the appropriate model based on their needs and budget.
Five: Maintenance and Care
To ensure the smooth operation and extended lifespan of the vacuum truck, regular maintenance and care are necessary. This involves inspecting the working condition of critical components such as the vacuum pump, hydraulic system, and pipeline system, promptly replacing worn parts, and keeping the vehicle clean and dry. Additionally, during cold seasons like winter, frost prevention and insulation measures must be taken to ensure the normal operation of the vehicle.
