After optimizing and upgrading our standard needle inspection machine for high-precision metal detection on products 5-8CM in size, we have achieved a good detection rate for 304 stainless steel. The machine operates smoothly, reliably, and quickly, with an average detection speed of 3000 pcs/h and capable of detecting steel needles as thin as 0.3mm x 5mm.

The AS-680 steel needle detection machine is primarily used for detecting and removing residual steel needles left on the phone's PCB during grinding, as well as metal detection for small packaging boxes and bags, such as checking for missing card pins in phone packaging boxes and reverse detection.
