4. Feeding transmission utilizes Taiwan precision linear roller guide and ball screw, along with Germany FAG or Japan NSK ball screw special bearings. All ball screws are installed in pre-stressed structures, enhancing rigidity while reducing the impact of machine tool cold and hot conditions on workpiece processing accuracy.
5. Equipped with a 70kg high-pressure chip-breaking cooling system, the cutter seat features strong water spray to address processing of parts prone to entangled chips.
6. The machine tool's two-channel spindle operates simultaneously, allowing for uninterrupted loading and unloading, whether by robotic arms or manual operation. One machine equals the efficiency of two, reducing personnel and cutting costs.
