This series of face milling and center hole boring machines is designed for processing medium to large shaft components with diameters up to 160mm and lengths up to 1800mm. The machine features an integrated 45-degree inclined bed structure and is the industry's first to utilize a fully enclosed guide rail protective cover. Compared to flat beds, it offers advantages such as lower material loading height, shorter distance, and more efficient chip removal.

Key Features:

Equipped with a gear rack hydraulic self-centering vise, the guide rail surface is heat treated to a hardness of HRC52 or above. The sliding surface is meticulously scraped and assembled, with centralized lubrication oil supply ensuring sufficient and reliable lubrication. The performance is stable, the clamping is convenient, and the holding force is strong.

2. High-rigidity rectangular guide rails, heat treated to achieve a hardness of HRC52 or above, with a cross-sectional width of 130mm. The guide rail surface is plastic-coated to prevent low-speed creep and enhance guide rail longevity. Equipped with precision ground double screw nut ball screw drive for high precision and extended lifespan.

3. Equipped with a dual spindle design featuring separated milling and drilling spindles, the structure is rational and easy for tool setting and adjustment. The power head uses a gear-driven mechanism, offering high torque and strong cutting force.

4. Four-axis servo CNC system with precise positioning, simple position handwheel operation, and easy adjustment.

5. Utilize a volumetric electric lubrication pump for thorough and effective lubrication of the guide rails and screw, thereby extending the lifespan of the machine tool.
