The CKS series of double-spindle double-row tool numerical lathes are precision CNC machines developed by our company for efficient processing of short shaft and disc-type parts. This series of machines achieves simultaneous work on the first and second spindles, with the first spindle loading not affecting the second spindle's processing and the second spindle unloading not affecting the first spindle's processing. It reduces the need for manual reorientation and secondary loading for general parts, improving part processing accuracy and reducing damage and wear during part handling. One machine's processing efficiency equals that of two conventional CNC lathes, and it effectively reduces labor costs.

All ball screw installations are pre-stressed, enhancing rigidity while reducing the impact of machine tool cold and hot conditions on workpiece processing accuracy.
5. Equipped with a 70kg high-pressure chip cooling system, the tool holder features strong water jetting to address the processing of parts prone to chip entanglement.
6. The machine tool's two-channel spindle operates simultaneously, allowing for uninterrupted and wait-free loading and unloading, whether by robotic arms or manual operation. One machine equals the efficiency of two, reducing personnel and cutting costs.
