Product Introduction:

This series of face milling and center hole boring machines is designed for processing medium to large shaft parts with diameters of 160mm or less and lengths up to 1800mm. The machine features an integrated 45-degree inclined bed structure and is the first in the industry to have a fully enclosed guide rail guard. Compared to flat beds, it offers advantages such as lower material loading height, shorter distance, and smoother chip removal.

Key Features:

Equipped with a gear rack hydraulic self-centering vise, the guide rail surface is hardened to HRC52 or above. The sliding surfaces are meticulously scraped and assembled, with centralized lubrication oil supply ensuring ample and reliable lubrication. The performance is stable, the clamping is convenient, and the holding force is strong.

2. High rigidity rectangular guideways with quench hardness exceeding HRC52, featuring a cross-sectional width of 130mm. The guideways are coated for enhanced durability, preventing low-speed creep and extending lifespan. Precision ground double screw ball screw transmission is used for high accuracy and long service life.

3. Equipped with a dual-spindle design featuring separate milling and drilling, the structure is rational and easy for tooling and adjustment. The power head utilizes gear transmission, offering high torque and strong cutting force.

4. Four-axis servo CNC system, precise positioning, easy-to-use position handwheel, and convenient adjustment.

5. Utilize volumetric electric lubrication pumps for thorough and effective lubrication of the guideways and screws, enhancing the lifespan of machine tools.
