FD200-2500 Horizontal Large-Scale Face Milling and Center Drilling Machine, primarily designed for machining medium to large shaft parts with a diameter of ∅200 or less and a length of up to 2500mm. Equipped with a double spindle power head featuring opposing milling and drilling, it can handle face milling, center hole drilling, and external circle turning. Special configurations can process thread holes below M40. This series of machines boasts a wide processing range, comprehensive functions, strong rigidity, and user-friendly operation.

Product Features:

Equipped with a gear rack hydraulic self-centering vise, the guide rail surface is quenched to a hardness of HRC52 or higher. The sliding surfaces are meticulously scraped and assembled, and a centralized lubrication system is used for oil supply, ensuring ample and reliable lubrication, stable performance, ease of clamping, and strong holding power.

2. High rigidity rectangular guide rails with quenching hardness exceeding HRC52, featuring a cross-sectional width of 130mm. The guide rail surface is treated with plastic coating to prevent low-speed creep and enhance the guide rail lifespan. Equipped with precision ground double screw ball screw drive for high accuracy and long service life.

3. Utilizes a dual-spindle design with separate milling and drilling spindles, offering a rational structure and ease of tooling and adjustment. The power head features a gear-driven mechanism, providing high torque and strong cutting force.

4. Four-axis servo CNC system with precise positioning, easy-to-use position handwheels, and convenient adjustments.

5. Utilize a volumetric electric lubrication pump to effectively lubricate the guideways and screws, thereby extending the service life of the machine tool.

6. Standard with belt-type chip conveyor, available for rear or side discharge

7. Optional Features: Wheel outer rounding, chamfering, drilling, threading, etc.
