5. Other requirements and testing methods shall be implemented according to the MT/T818.14-2009 standard.
Insulation resistance between the main cores of the cable and between the main cores and the ground wire, converted to +20°C, should not be less than 100MΩ·km.
2. The transition resistance of the main core shielding layer is not more than 3kΩ when converted to 20°C.
3. Product Standard: MT/T818.14-2009 Compliance
4. The MYP type cable consists of 3 main cores with insulated shielding and a ground wire covered with a semi-conductive rubber layer, twisted around the semi-conductive rubber layer. It is sheathed with a black chlorinated polyethylene rubber jacket or a thicker black chloroprene rubber jacket for added safety, provided by the manufacturer.
5. Conductor Core: Made of soft copper wire, its performance complies with GB/T3956-1997.
6. Insulation: Uses XJ-00A type rubber as specified in GB7594.2-1987.
7. Core Identification: Insulated color coding for identification, with the main cores being red, green, and white.
8. Ground Wire: Semi-conductive rubber sheathed.
9. Insulation Shielding: Wrap semi-conductive tape over the insulating surface.
10. Cable Making: A cable is formed by twisting three main cores and one ground wire around a semi-conductive rubber core垫芯, rotating in a clockwise direction.
11. Sheath: Made of XH-03A rubber as specified in GB7594.7-1987. The oxygen index of the sheath rubber is ≥40.
12. The flame-retardant properties of the finished cables meet the requirements of MT386-1995.
13. Cable Markings: The cable surface is imprinted with the model, voltage, specifications, and manufacturer.
