Model: MHYAV, MHYA32, MHYV, MHYVR, MHYVRP, MHYVP, MHY32, MHJYV
Mining flame-retardant cable, 4*2*0.5 product structure:
Conductor: Solid copper core conductor (0.5mm)
Insulation: Solid polyethylene, Colors: Blue*White/Blue, Orange*White/Orange, Green*White/Green, Brown*White/Brown
Twisted Pair: Each pair of insulated core wires is twisted together, with different twist pitch for each pair to ensure excellent near-end crosstalk (NEXT) characteristics.
Cable Assembly: 4-pair twisted, ensuring superior near-end crosstalk (NEXT) characteristics.
Shielding: Aluminum foil + Copper wire braiding, braiding density ≧ 60%
Outer sleeve: Flame-retardant blue PVC
During the installation of flame-retardant wire for coal mines, strict adherence to the construction process and proper sealing is required. Intermediate joints must use a sealed structure with a metal copper housing and an additional insulation and corrosion-resistant layer of PE or PVC, ensuring a tight lead seal during on-site construction. This effectively guarantees the joint's sealing and waterproof performance.
Mining cable can also be custom-made to customer specifications (e.g., steel tape armored, steel wire armored).
Twisted-pair cables are composed of four pairs of copper conductors, each covered with insulating material, twisted together, and then enclosed in an insulating sheath. They can reduce interference caused by noise and suppress the attenuation of signals within the cable. By using twisted-pair cables, it's easy to add or remove a computer from the network without disrupting its operation, and network maintenance is relatively simple. If a cable fails, it will only affect the computer or device connected to that particular twisted-pair cable, and won't lead to a network failure. However, using twisted-pair cables requires the addition of a hub or switch in the network.

8. Cable Usage Characteristics
The long-term allowable operating temperature for the cable conductor is -40℃ to +50℃.
Monthly average relative humidity: ≤95% (at +25℃)
The cable should not exceed -10℃ for attachment and installation.
Cable bend radius: For MHYV and MHJYV cables, it is 10 times the cable outer diameter; for other types, it is 15 times the outer diameter.
