详情描述

Electric towers are steel structures that support transmission lines, maintaining a safe distance between conductors, ground wires, and buildings. They are generally categorized by shape into five types: wine glass, cat head, uppercase, cross, and drum shapes. By application, they include tension towers, straight-line towers, corner towers, phase-changing towers (used for wire phase position changes), terminal towers, and span towers. Their structural features are that all tower types are spatial truss structures, composed mainly of single or combined equal-leg angle irons. The materials typically used are Q235(A3F) and Q345(16Mn), with connections between members made with heavy-duty bolts, which bear the shearing force. The entire tower is assembled from angle irons, connecting steel plates, and bolts, with some components like the base being welded from several steel plates into a composite part, making galvanized anti-corrosion, transportation, and construction convenient. For towers with a height under 60 meters, a foot bolt is installed on one of the main members to facilitate climbing for construction workers.
