Ozone Catalytic Oxidation Tower, also known as an ozone reactor, ozone blending tower, and ozone dosing unit, is a crucial device for achieving ozone oxidation reactions. In traditional setups, ozone and wastewater are typically mixed using devices like aeration pipes, aeration heads, and air-water mixers. Our application of the ozone catalytic oxidation tower overcomes the limitations of existing ozone oxidation technologies, offering a catalytic oxidation tower with a rational gas-water mixing structure, easy installation, wide applicability, and strong corrosion resistance. This can significantly enhance the ozone oxidation efficiency and reduce operational costs.
The equipment is primarily composed of an oxidation tower shell, internal tower components, and ozone catalyst packing. The internal components facilitate the mixing of ozone with wastewater. The gas-liquid absorption system of the unit employs titanium material aeration disks for ozone aeration, enhancing the solubility of ozone in wastewater. In conjunction with our developed series of ozone catalyst products, we ensure an optimized utilization of ozone.
