The TDC2000 series of programmable DC power supplies are high-frequency switching DC power supplies using PWM technology, featuring a modular design and DSP digital control technology. They offer constant voltage, constant current, and constant power output modes, capable of automatic crossover transformation while maintaining both control and protection characteristics. This ensures high precision, low ripple, and fast dynamic response to voltage and current, with an efficiency of up to 93%. Compared to traditional SCR power supplies, these high-frequency switching DC power supplies have advantages such as smaller size, lighter weight, lower ripple, higher power factor, and better stability, especially evident in the stability of high-voltage output. The product is primarily aimed at the electronic power production, battery industry, PCB manufacturing industry, as well as communication, PLC power supply, electromechanical aging tests, DC motor testing, automated test system integration, battery charging and simulation, hybrid electric vehicle and photovoltaic inverter testing and research units, and laboratories with a demand for high-precision DC power supplies. ◇ Features overvoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, and short-circuit protection. In the system, overvoltage (OVP) and overcurrent (OCP) can be set, and values can be modified.
◇ Features 9 memory groups, allowing for the setting of commonly used parameters (voltage, current) for easy access during use. It can execute 30 different voltage, current, power, rise time, and run time settings at once, and can perform a continuous cycle test up to 999,999 times. The run time can be set to 1ms.

Constant Voltage (CV) to Constant Current (CC) Switching Instructions: Under rated power, voltage, and current output, the desired settings can be freely combined; the output mode is either Constant Voltage (CV) or Constant Current (CC), depending on the power supply's output voltage, the set current value, and the size of the load resistance. As shown in the diagram: Curve 1 and Curve represent loads with different resistances. When Curve 1 intersects with Iset, the power supply operates in CC mode. When Curve 2 intersects with Vset, the power supply operates in CV mode.
You can determine the load's status through a simple calculation:

The set load value Rset is obtained as Rset = Vset / Iset.
If we have an actual load value RL = Vo/Io,
When RL > Rset, the power supply operates in constant voltage mode.
