Product Overview
The TDC2000 series electric plant growth lamp power supply utilizes a high-frequency switching DC power supply with PWM technology and modular design. It features DSP digital control technology, offering constant voltage, current, and power output modes, capable of automatic cross-conversion to maintain both control and protection characteristics. It ensures high precision DC power output with low ripple and fast voltage/current dynamic response, achieving an efficiency of up to 93%. Compared to traditional SCR power supplies, the high-frequency switching DC power supply boasts advantages such as small size, light weight, low ripple, high power factor, and good stability, especially evident in the stability of high-voltage output. The product is primarily targeted at the electronic power production, battery industry, PCB board manufacturing, as well as communication, PLC power supply, electromechanical aging tests, DC motor testing, automated test system integration, battery charging and simulation, hybrid electric vehicle and photovoltaic inverter testing and research units, and laboratories requiring high-precision DC power supplies. It is designed to replace imported medium to high-power DC power supply products.

Constant Voltage (CV) to Constant Current (CC) Switching Description: Under rated power, voltage, and current output, the desired settings can be freely combined; the output mode is either Constant Voltage (CV) or Constant Current (CC), depending on the output voltage of the power supply, the set current value, and the size of the load resistance. As shown in the diagram: Curve 1 and Curve represent loads with different resistances. When Curve 1 intersects with Iset, the power supply operates in CC mode. When Curve 2 intersects with Vset, the power supply operates in CV mode.
You can determine the load's status through a simple calculation:
Here, Vset = Set Voltage, Iset = Set Current.
The set load value Rset = Vset / Iset can be obtained.
If we have an actual load value RL = Vo/Io,
When RL > Rset, the power supply operates in constant voltage mode.
When RL < Rset, the power supply operates in constant current mode.
