  The TDC3000 Tuowode reversible DC power supply utilizes high-frequency PWM rectification and bidirectional DC-DC conversion technology, along with FPGA digital control technology, to achieve high-performance grid energy feedback functionality. It boasts a power factor of not less than 0.99 and accuracy up to 0.1%. Compared to conventional DC power supplies, it is more energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.

  A battery simulator is a DC input simulator designed for common DC bus systems, specifically developed for the testing and verification of motor controllers, drive motors, and whole vehicles in the new energy electric vehicle industry, serving as a low-cost alternative solution to power batteries. It features stable and high-precision output, rapid transient response, and bidirectional energy flow, capable of simulating dynamic characteristics such as charging and discharging of power batteries. It can directly call the characteristic curves of five commonly used power batteries like lithium manganate and lithium iron, customize five battery change characteristics, and edit variables such as the number of series and parallel batteries, and SOC, to achieve the simulation of power battery output characteristics and battery charging/discharging properties. It is particularly suitable for dynamometer test stands and drag test stands with common DC bus systems, and can also be used for the modification and upgrade of existing DC power supply systems.

  Tuowode's DC power supply returns feature the following technical characteristics:

  (1) Grid Feedback Function: Features power characteristics for automatic energy feedback to the grid, highlighting energy-saving and environmentally friendly advantages, without polluting the grid or affecting other electrical equipment. Power factor greater than 0.99, harmonic content less than 3%.

  (2) Utilizes high-frequency PWM rectification and bidirectional DC-DC technology, with pure digital control, offering strong functionality and high reliability.

  (3) Output accuracy of 0.1% F.S., high conversion efficiency, up to 92% efficiency under rated load.
